Louisa Krause was born in New York City. Her most well-known role is being the main character as Anna Garner in the television show The Girl Experience . Brenda Woodberg played her first movie role in Babysitters in which she starred in the role of Brenda Woodberg. Krause was an undergraduate majoring in drama before appearing in a variety of off-Broadway shows. She also played in shows based in New York, which are part of the network TV series. The family of her parents are both American. Her younger brother Nathaniel is a director. While she was a kid she found her passion of the arts through dance classes at the Washington School of Ballet. The fall of Senior year she began her studies at Carnegie Mellon Drama School. Krause made the decision to begin her acting career soon after. The musical Aida was the production in which she acted for her Equity card. Her career started as a theatre actress. She appeared in Huntington Theatre Company's production of the play Iphigenia in 2006. She played Iphigenia as part of Signature Theatre Company's Iphigenia 2 production in 2007.
